  1. I dont understand this question :
    Which of the following substances is least soluble in 100.g of water at 50(degrees celsius)?
    1)NaCl
    2)KCl
    3)NH4Cl
    4)HCl

    PLEASE HELP!

  2. isnt least soluble the same as SATURATED? because a saturated solution has a maximum amount of solute..so that makes it as the least soluble right?

  3. hmm i dont think you can tell wether its saturated or not because it doesnt give you specific amounts of each substance.
    i think the answer would be NaCl because if you look at TABLE G at 50 degrees only 38g would be souluble, for the others it would be higher, therefore NaCl is least soluble

  5. well the exam is over buta reaction is spontaneous if it has a negative free energy change if you look in your notes you have the formula
